Job Description:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Working closely with business leads to shape the offering, customer journey, convey value proposition and drive exponential growth for the product.
- Own the online growth character of a product end to end - from increasing traffic on the platform to improving conversion at each stage of the funnel
- Segment customers and tailor offerings for each segment through experimentation
- Monitoring user funnels and advocating for product enhancements to improve customer journey
- Monitor product profitability while keeping the product pricing competitive in the market.
- Come up with interventions and data driven insights to identify new growth opportunities
- Provide customer insight by blending data with deep understanding of user needs, habits and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies and customer feedback.
- Create and monitor product roadmap along with digital product manager.
- Partner with digital product manager in prioritizing the product features on the basis of anticipated customer value.
- Share insights with business and product teams to help prioritize tasks that would have the biggest impact
- Closely work with marketing teams to come up with campaigns to drive product growth and monitor communication effectiveness
- Participate in sprint planning and review to track progress
