JOB OVERVIEW: Investor Relations: - Provide support for all investor relations activities like quarterly results, investor presentation, company press release and annual report - Attend investor meetings / conferences and reply to investor / analyst queries in a timely manner - Analyse peer companies to provide timely inputs to the senior management - Analyse shareholding of the company on periodic basis REPORTING STRUCTURE: Role reports to Chief Investor Relations Officer QUALIFICATION: Full time MBA (Finance/Marketing) or CA EXPERIENCE: - Around 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Equity research or Investor Relations - Sector understanding on Pharmaceutical and Healthcare (preferred) - Excellent written & verbal communication - Ability to work in a matrix organization with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders Roles and Responsibilities: Investor Relations: - Assist in the arrangement of conference calls, investor/analyst meetings, one on one and group meetings, and the dissemination of essential feedback to management - Aid in improving the quality of investor communication through website, presentations etc. - Effectively responding to Investor/Analyst concerns - Assist in preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations - Assist in developing the communication to address analyst requirements in a proactive manner - Assisting in creation of high quality Annual Report in a timely fashion - Present the investor/analyst community's viewpoints to the top management team - Help in benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies and guide the team in implementing the same - Independently tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management - Help in carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team
