Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy, focusing on quick commerce platforms, to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage the P&L for the e-commerce channel, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Optimize website and mobile app performance through SEO/SEM strategies, ensuring high visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the online customer experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies, particularly within the quick commerce sector.
- Proven experience in managing P&L for an e-commerce business, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and budgeting.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, with a track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management.
