Role Overview:
We are looking for a high ownership Digital Product Manager with 1 to 3 years of post MBA experience from a Tier 1 institution to drive digital lending journeys across acquisition, onboarding, underwriting, disbursal, and servicing. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and hands on execution in building scalable customer first lending experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance customer journeys across digital lending funnels including acquisition, onboarding, KYC, underwriting, disbursal, and servicing
- Work closely with Engineering, Risk, Credit, Data Science, and Operations teams to build and optimize lending flows
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirement documents and user stories
- Drive funnel optimization across conversion, approval rates, drop offs, and repeat usage
- Build structured experimentation frameworks to improve journey efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor key product metrics and drive data backed prioritization decisions
- Contribute to enhancements in LMS and LOS systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research in digital lending and fintech ecosystems
- Support end to end product lifecycle including discovery, development, launch, measurement, and iteration

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution

- Prior experience in building digital journeys for lending products
- Working knowledge of LMS (Loan Management System) and LOS (Loan Origination System) will be a strong plus
- Experience in fintech, NBFC, or digital lending platforms preferred
