Focused on building strong partnerships, the Company offers an Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled multi-product retail lending platform by augmenting a 'Digital at its Core' strategy via physical customer connect-points for budget customers of Bharat. Its vision is to reach to 'Bharat' customer segments, especially those that do not have easy access to the Indian financial systems, across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for our Mobile App and customer-facing digital journeys

- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the full funnel - acquisition, conversion, engagement and repeat usage

- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior across the funnel and translate insights into high-impact product interventions

- Identify and unlock growth levers across the digital funnel through structured experimentation, personalization, and journey optimization

- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends in digital lending, fintech experiences, and engagement platforms

- Define and track clear success metrics and use data rigorously to inform prioritization and trade-offs

- Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Credit, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-first solutions

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from problem discovery and solution design to launch, impact measurement, iteration, and eventual sunset

- Build scalable product capabilities (e.g.: experimentation frameworks, personalization engines, modular journey components) rather than one-off features

- Act as a thought leader within the product organization, mentoring junior PMs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institution with 5+ years of post-MBA experience in Product Management

- Prior experience in building and scaling customer-facing digital experiences in consumer internet businesses
