Role Overview:

As a Brand Manager at Piramal, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity for assigned pharmaceutical products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact the market performance of our products and contribute to Piramal's overall success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives to achieve market share and revenue targets.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and insights for brand growth.

- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to reach target audiences effectively.

- Manage the brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

- Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

- Ensure brand compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business results.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- 4-8 years of experience in Brand Management, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
