
AVP- Risk Analytics (Partnership) (6-11 yrs)

Role & responsibilities:
1. Credit Risk Management & Business Growth
- Own and manage credit risk strategy for unsecured loan products offered through fintech andother NBFC partnerships.
- Ensure portfolio performance aligns with target ROA, loss, and risk metrics, while supportingbusiness expansion.
- Evaluate and manage partner-specific risk frameworks, underwriting approaches, and portfoliohealth.
- Drive risk-based decisioning that enables scalable growth without compromising credit quality.
2. Business Growth & Strategy Enablement
- Support business scaleup by enabling datadriven, riskbased decisioning.
- Balance growth objectives with robust risk discipline to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Understand and evaluate different partner dynamics (business model, customer profiles,sourcing channel underwriting maturity) and help design partnerspecific growth strategies thatdrive expansion while maintaining appropriate portfolio risk.
- Drive portfolio optimization initiatives across acquisition, pricing, limits, and collections levers.
- Drive data-backed decisions to optimize approval rates, pricing, limits, and customersegmentation.
3. AI-Driven Innovation
- Conceptualize and deploy AI-first use cases across the lending lifecycle from automateddocument intelligence and behavioral scoring to delinquency prediction and fraud detection.
- Drive the adoption of generative AI for internal productivity e.g., automated credit memos,portfolio commentary, and customer risk narratives.
4. Stakeholder Management & People Leadership
- Act as the key risk liaison for fintech partners and internal stakeholders (Business, Product, Tech,Compliance).
- Present risk insights, recommendations, and portfolio performance to senior management andcommittees. Influence decisionmaking through clear databacked narratives.
- Lead, mentor, and groom a team of analysts and managers.
- Build future leaders by driving technical excellence, business understanding, and ownershipmindset.
- Create a strong culture of learning, innovation, and accountability within the risk team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (Economics, Statistics, DataScience, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering)
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in analytics, ideally in credit risk analytics/financial services and exposureto AI-driven decision systems.
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, SAS, and hands-on experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow,PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Proven experience in credit model development, policy design, and portfolio analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate AI models into scalable business impact not just analytics for insight, butAI for decisioning.
