- Manage and support execution of M&A projects lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related activities through closing of a transaction

- Support sourcing activity Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track potential M&A targets in line with company / business investment strategy

- Will report to President, M&A

- 1 Analyst will report

EXPERIENCE:

- 10 to 15 years with Corporate M&A or in an investment bank

Must Have:

- Corporate M&A exposure

- Should have built financial models , understands valuation

- Corporate finance concepts

- Business understanding (Pharma preferred)

- Project management

- Strong stakeholder management

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Manage the transaction process and execution of the project

- Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with the respective business teams

- Lead analysis

- Coordinate the due diligence effort including with external advisors, consultants

- Valuation models

- Presenting evaluation and alternatives to senior management

- Support sourcing of opportunities for healthcare business

- Liaison with investment bankers, external advisors

- Understand and as required, support development of M&A strategy for relevant businesses

- Pharma Solutions, Critical Care, Consumer Products
