ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head of Marketing & Brand will manage end-to-end marketing operations including digital, BTL, branding, celebrity engagement, and customer acquisition strategies across India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BRAND STRATEGY
- Develop brand identity and positioning.
- Maintain consistent branding across offline and online platforms.
2. BTL & OFFLINE MARKETING
- Plan roadshows, kiosks, residential & corporate activations.
- Launch new branches via marketing.
3. BRAND AMBASSADOR & CELEBRITY ENGAGEMENT
- Identify and manage brand ambassadors and influencer campaigns.
4. DIGITAL MARKETING
- Manage Google Ads, social media, and SEO.
- Track performance metrics.
5. CUSTOMER ACQUISITION & RETENTION
- Build referral and loyalty programs.
6. MARKET RESEARCH
- Track competitors and market trends.
7. BUDGET & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Manage vendors, agencies, and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong offline + digital exposure.
- Vendor and agency management experience.
- Ready to travel PAN India.
PREFERRED
- Jewellery / gold industry experience.
- English, Hindi, Kannada knowledge.
