Revenue Acceleration Manager (4-12 yrs)

Role Purpose
- We are hiring for the role of Revenue Growth Manager. This is a managerial role reporting into the Distribution Head/ directly to business head.
- In your role, you'll be focussing on identifying and harnessing revenue growth opportunities specific to the merchant segment for the program. You will be working with key internal stakeholders across business/product and other functions as well as external partners and forge key business partnerships and enable the same on ground for revenue realization.
- Revenue targets & achievements are critical in this role and so is the ability to execute the rails for product development and adoption. Good quality analytical skills are necessary to analyse and drive penetration of various revenue initiatives across teams and merchants.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
- Understand SMB landscape and revenue accelerators deployed by competition/ other players incl PL group companies.
- Identify and zero down on revenue accelerating products, define business case.
- Work with external and internal cross functional teams to define process flows for optimal adoption.
- Define merchant programs and bundled offers to drive merchant stickiness/ improve utilization of field force (internal as well as 3P).
- Leverage training teams to design content for field team/merchant training to drive adoption.
- Create flows/programs to drive self-adoption of revenue generating products by merchants (Self-serve modelling on One app).
- Track adoption of revenue accelerators by region/by hierarchy/etc. and take corrective action to accelerate adoption.
What matters in this role
Relevant work experience:
- Experience in Payments industry, specifically in the QR Business.
- Exposure to driving revenue programs at merchant segments (mid and long tail).
Years of work experience:
- 4+ years of work experience with a min of 3 years in the last stint in the QR payments industry.
Qualification:
- MBA or Masters. Postgraduate is recommended but not a prerequisite.
