Importance of the Role As a Lead Key Account Manager, you'll embody our commitment to our customers' success. Your primary objective is to transition customers from onboarding to active transactions seamlessly. You'll establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through empathetic engagement, meticulous organization, and timely follow-ups. You'll take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle, from implementation to retention, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to address any issues. What You'll Do at Setu - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, working closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to foster trust, identify opportunities for improvement, smoothly transition customers, and document best practices. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and the unique needs of key accounts. - Conduct regular strategic account reviews with key stakeholders to evaluate progress against account objectives, address any challenges or concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. - Cultivate strong customer relationships to optimize product utilization and achieve maximum ROI. - Facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to understand customer needs and maximize satisfaction and growth. - Collaborate with leadership to build and lead a lean team of account managers, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency in managing account responsibilities. - Provide valuable customer insights to product, marketing, and sales teams for continuous improvement and innovation. - Proactively assisting customers until they realize the full value of our solutions. - Track key account performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and executive leadership, to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment on key account strategies. - Preparing and presenting executive-level reports on key account performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. - Contribute to the creation of training materials and educational resources for customers.
