Role Overview
We are hiring a Manager - PayLater who will play a critical role in acquiring and managing brands within the assigned category. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth through expansion of existing accounts and onboarding new brands, ensuring achievement of annual sales targets. The role also involves working with complex datasets, creating insightful presentations for senior stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition & Account Management:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new brands within the assigned category.
- Manage and grow existing brand relationships to drive sustained revenue growth.
Revenue & Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets through new acquisitions and expansion of current accounts.
- Leverage category dynamics, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize sales opportunities.
Customer Insights & Relationship Building:
- Analyse customer data to understand business needs, preferences, and growth potential.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to unlock untapped opportunities and anticipate future requirements.
Sales Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute sales initiatives in alignment with defined processes and systems.
- Track performance metrics and recalibrate strategies as required to ensure target achievement.
Stakeholder Management & Process Improvement:
- Prepare data-driven presentations and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
