Job Purpose

Drive and manage strategic brand partnerships across mobile and CDIT by owning the end-to-end alliance lifecycle. The role focuses on building commercially viable, win-win partnerships, executing co-branded programs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue, engagement, and long-term partner value.

Role and Responsibility: Brand Partnerships & Alliances

- Manage strategic brand partners across mobile and CDIT

- Identify new brands where Benow can be a strategic partner and own the end-to-end alliance lifecyclefrom prospecting and pitching to onboarding and execution

- Build win-win alliance models including co-branded campaigns, offers, rewards, and loyalty programs

- Coordinate with existing brands to develop new programs through partnerships with OEMs as well as third party vendors Exchange / Trade, Corporate Cashback, Rewardset

- Coordinate with National / Regional Sales team of OEMs to drive business and share of Benow.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders Product , Tech, OPS, Finance to ensure smooth operations as well enabling new developments / programs.

Commercials & Collections

- Ensure alliances are financially viable and aligned with Benows business objectives

- Work with internal finance and legal teams to close contracts and agreements

- Work with OEMs operations team to ensure timely recon as well as collections of the outstanding within the defined time period.

Market & Category Insights

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor alliances, and emerging brand opportunities

- Proactively propose new alliance ideas aligned with consumer behavior and merchant needs

What Success Looks Like in This Role

- Strong portfolio of active brand alliances

- Repeat partnerships and high partner satisfaction

- Measurable revenue and engagement impact through alliances

- Smooth execution with minimal escalations

Work Experience

- MBA from a tier 1campus

- Min 15 yrs experience working with multiple brands / Large Organisations

- Experience in handling large clients / Enterprise Accounts

- Experience in managing middle management team members.
