What will you do at Setu? As Assistant Manager - Business Finance, you will handle activities with respect to revenue assurance, business partnership, financial planning and analysis, and management reporting. Youll spend your time

Business Partnership

- Liaise with Business teams to support and strengthen strategic partnerships.

- Review supply-side and demand-side partnership agreements and commercials.

- Monitor and evaluate pricing of supply-side partnerships on a periodic basis.

- Partner with Business teams to negotiate commercials with supply partners.

- Develop, review, and publish product pricing charters for Business Development teams.

- Support pricing strategy for large enterprise and strategic deals.

- Build selling strategies and pricing plans for new product launches.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Partner with Leadership teams in the design and implementation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Publish monthly operating and financial performance reports through MIS and ad-hoc analysis.

- Track actual performance versus budget and recommend course-correction actions.

- Monitor key cost drivers (Infrastructure, SaaS, consultants, etc.) and flag abnormal trends.

- Work closely with Engineering and People Operations teams to control and optimize costs.

Management Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare management reports covering operational, financial, and strategic metrics.

- Support Leadership teams in monthly and quarterly business performance reviews.

- Prepare and publish MIS, cash flow, and cash burn reports.

- Develop financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.

- Conduct benchmark analysis and prepare industry landscape reports.
