Pin Click Property - Founders Office Role - Finance & Business Operations - CA

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly driven Chartered Accountant to join the Founder's Office and work directly with the Founder across multiple businesses. This is a high-ownership role offering exposure to finance, compliance, business operations, and strategic projects.

The candidate will work across:

- Pinclick - Real Estate Property Management & Investment Platform

- NewCo - Global Mobility Platform focused on international healthcare workforce mobility

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a broad business career rather than remain in a traditional finance function.

Key Responsibilities :

Finance & Accounting :

- Manage accounting and financial reporting across group entities.

- Review monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

- Oversee statutory audits, tax audits, GST, TDS, ROC, and income tax compliances.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and bankers.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all entities.

- Track legal, corporate, and contractual obligations.

- Maintain corporate records and governance documentation.

- Support board meetings and investor reporting.

Business Operations :

- Build operational dashboards and business KPIs.

- Improve financial and operational processes.

- Drive automation and internal controls.

- Work with business teams to improve profitability and efficiency.

Strategic Projects :

- Conduct financial analysis for new business initiatives.

- Support fundraising, banking, and investor interactions.

- Assist with business modelling and commercial evaluations.

- Execute special projects directly for the Founder.

What We're Looking For :

- Chartered Accountant (0-5 years' experience).

- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.

- High ownership mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different businesses.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
