Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and growth-oriented Assistant Vice President Sales to lead our front-line sales organization. The AVP will be responsible for driving high-performance sales teams, building robust client relationships, and maximizing conversions for premium residential developments. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution and is pivotal in achieving our ambitious revenue and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Managers and Property Advisors.
- Drive accountability, performance KPIs, and a consultative sales culture.
- Coach teams on client engagement, product knowledge, and closure strategies.
Client Advisory & Sales Execution
- Engage with high-value clients to understand their investment needs and provide strategic property recommendations.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead qualification to site visits, negotiation, and closure.
- Personally drive key transactions and client relationships where required.
Revenue Ownership & Market Penetration
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with the business growth strategy.
- Monitor and optimize conversion funnels through data-backed insights and CRM tools.
- Track and respond to emerging real estate trends, developer pricing, and competitor activities.
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with internal CRM and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales pipelines, lead status, and customer interactions via ERP/CRM systems.
- Champion a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong academic background combined with deep industry exposure is highly desirable.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in residential real estate.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 developer projects and urban residential markets.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-first approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
