Role Overview:
The AVP Real Estate Sales will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving high-performance residential sales operations. This role involves managing Sales Managers and Advisors, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution from lead engagement to deal closure. The ideal candidate brings deep real-estate experience, strong leadership capability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Sales Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Managers and Advisors to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive a culture of performance excellence, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and revenue objectives.
Client Advisory & Deal Closure:
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their investment or home-buying needs.
- Deliver personalized, consultative property recommendations across premium residential portfolios.
- Plan, coordinate, and personally participate in site visits; ensure best-in-class customer experience.
- Oversee negotiation strategies and ensure successful closure of high-value transactions.
Operational & Process Excellence:
- Collaborate closely with the CRM and post-sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and after-sales service.
- Track the progress of ongoing deals using CRM/ERP systems and ensure timely escalation/resolution.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast metrics.
Market Intelligence & Business Growth:
- Stay updated on real-estate trends, competitive landscape, pricing movements, and project launches.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential growth segments.
- Represent Pin Click at key industry forums, client engagements, and high-level interactions.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in residential real-estate sales (candidates without real-estate experience will not be considered).
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales with a minimum of 35 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- High energy, self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage high-value transactions and premium customer expectations with integrity and professionalism.
