We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to head Warehousing & Distribution operations across brands and channels. The role will be responsible for building a scalable warehousing ecosystem that supports rapid business growth while ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, service efficiency, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Warehouse Operations:

- Define and execute the long-term warehousing and distribution strategy.

- Optimize warehouse network design (mother warehouses, regional hubs, FCs) to improve service levels and reduce costs.

- Lead setup, onboarding, and stabilization of new warehouses and 3PL partners.

- Build scalable warehousing capabilities to support multi-brand and omnichannel growth.

2. Inventory & Order Management:

- Ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy through robust cycle count and audit mechanisms.

- Oversee end-to-end B2C (D2C) and B2B fulfillment operations with high Fill Rate and OTIF performance.

- Drive effective FEFO management, batch control, and aging inventory optimization.

- Ensure seamless stock availability through close coordination with Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

3. Process Excellence & Technology:

- Lead implementation and optimization of WMS, ERP, and OMS integrations.

- Drive automation and Lean initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and TAT.

Monitor and improve operational KPIs including:

Cost per Order (CPO)

Order-to-Dispatch TAT

Inventory Accuracy

Fill Rate

RTO Processing

Manpower Productivity

Use data-driven insights to drive continuous operational improvements.

4. Financial & Compliance Management:

- Own warehousing P&L with focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, labor compliance, and BPC-specific storage regulations.

- Implement strong governance and risk-control mechanisms across operations.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Build and mentor high-performing warehouse operations teams.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams.

- Drive a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

- Graduate degree required; MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred.

- 8-10 years of experience in Warehousing, Distribution, or Supply Chain Operations.

- Minimum 3-4 years in a leadership role managing large-scale warehousing operations.

- Experience in BPC, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce/D2C industry is mandatory.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in WMS, ERP, and OMS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with EasyEcom, Vinculum, Unicommerce, or similar systems preferred.

- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse design, and fulfillment operations.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

- Exposure to warehouse automation and process optimization initiatives preferred.
