Trade Scheme Management :
- Manage and enhance the NSP portal to deliver a seamless and scalable trade scheme experience.
- Design and implement future-ready scheme solutions across business verticals.
- Translate business requirements into simple, efficient, and compliant processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of scheme benefits, rewards, and gifts to dealers.
- Conduct audits of existing and new schemes in collaboration with DMS and cross-functional teams to prevent misuse and improve effectiveness.
- Drive centralized rollout of new schemes to encourage cross-vertical participation and dealer engagement.
Compliance & Governance :
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines for Quarterly and In-Bill payout schemes.
- Monitor sales returns and manage reimbursement reversals with Commercial and Business teams.
- Track and close pending scheme and gift acknowledgements.
- Strengthen controls, governance mechanisms, and audit readiness across all scheme processes.
Dealer App Marketplace Management :
- Manage and enhance dealer marketplace offerings on the Dealer App.
- Drive dealer adoption and engagement through innovative reward and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor marketplace performance and recommend improvements to maximize dealer participation.
Analytics & Stakeholder Management :
- Drive MIS reporting, scheme performance tracking, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, IT, Digital, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For :
- 4-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Scheme Management, Loyalty Programs, Commercial Excellence, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of channel incentive programs, compliance, governance, and digital platforms.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
