As we continue to shape the future of AI-powered video creation, Pictory is looking for a sharp, analytical, and action-oriented Product Manager to help us build gamechanging features.

What you will do?

- Drive the product roadmap with vision and precision-transform bold AI-driven ideas into seamless, industry-defining video products and features, including AI video agents and enterprise workflows.

- Decode what users truly need - deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and product gaps. You will be regularly interviewing customers and domain experts to uncover key insights

- Be API-savvy - Understand, test, document, and even charm APIs while helping customers integrate and unlock the magic.

- Break silos, build bridges-work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring seamless and innovative experiences to life.

- Let data be your compass-use strong analytical skills to define and track key product success metrics. No guesswork, just cold, hard insights!

What are we looking for?

- Strong academic background: With a degree in Engineering or Business

- Experience that counts: At least 5 years in Product Management with a minimum of 10 years of total work experience.

- AI expertise: Hands-on PM experience with AI-driven SaaS products and a good understanding of AI agents.

- API proficiency: Comfortable working with APIs-understanding, testing, and assisting with integrations.

- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision-making. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mix panel, etc.

- Design and video tools: Experience with design tools or video creation platforms is a bonus

- Effective communicator and leader: Strong ability to influence teams, align stakeholders, and drive execution.

- Startup mindset: Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, embracing ambiguity and taking initiative.

- Global collaboration: Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
