About the Role
Were hiring a seasoned HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition and People Operations as we scale from 70 to 300+ employees in the coming years.
This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Founder and working closely with all departments to build and manage the next phase of the company.
You will own end-to-end hiring across roles and functions, manage current HR operations, and bring structure, clarity, and efficiency across all people-related processesfrom hiring and onboarding to performance cycles and cultural initiatives.
What Youll Own
- Lead full-cycle hiring across all teams, from workforce planning to offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with department heads to define roles, finalize JDs, and prioritize hiring needs.
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Manage interview pipelines, candidate experience, coordination, and feedback loops.
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee HR operations and ensure timely execution of HR functions.
- Manage documentation, background verification, HR policies, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with external recruitment partners as needed.
- Support appraisal cycles, promotion planning, and performance tracking with leadership.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, ESOPs, claims, and other HR services.
- Build and refine scalable HR systems and workflows.
What Were Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experience scaling teams from 70+ to 300+ employees is a strong advantage.
- Strong execution mindset and ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS platforms and internal HR systems.
- Prior experience managing junior HR team members.
