Head of Product

As we scale, we are looking for a Head of Product / Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy, execution, and innovation across the organization.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a product leader who can own the complete product lifecycle - from defining the vision and roadmap to delivering products that drive user adoption, trading activity, revenue, and platform scalability.
The ideal candidate will combine deep product thinking, strong execution capabilities, customer empathy, and experience building high-performance financial products, preferably across fintech, trading platforms, exchanges, or crypto.
This role requires a hands-on strategic leader who can work closely with the founders, engineering, design, trading, risk, compliance, and business teams to build differentiated products in a fast-moving environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 12+ years of overall experience in Product Management, with significant experience in leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading product teams and owning product strategy for a technology-driven business.
- Experience building or scaling fintech, trading platforms, exchanges, payments, capital markets, or crypto products.
- Strong understanding of consumer and/or institutional financial products.
Preferred Domain Experience:
- Crypto exchanges and derivatives platforms.
- Stock broking, capital markets, OMS/RMS, or electronic trading.
- High-frequency trading or algorithmic trading platforms.
- Fintech platforms serving retail and institutional customers.
Leadership & Product Capabilities:
- Proven track record of taking products from 0 - 1 and scaling them to meaningful adoption.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth, monetization, and business metrics.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Experience managing and developing senior product leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
