About the Role:

Physics Wallah is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with prior Big 4 exposure to support our Investor Relations and financial communication function. The role will work closely with senior leadership and the Finance team to ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant communication with investors and financial stakeholders.

What You Will Do?

- Develop and execute the company's Investor Relations strategy with clear, consistent, and transparent investor communication.

- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.

- Support quarterly earnings calls and manage end-to-end financial reporting, including investor presentations and disclosures.

- Partner with the Finance team and leadership to align external messaging, gather market insights, and provide strategic inputs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial disclosure norms, and governance standards.

- Track industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic decision-making.

- Assist in organizing investor roadshows, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

- Prepare and manage investor communication materials such as annual reports, press releases, and investor decks.

What We're Looking For?

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC)

- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting standards, and regulatory disclosures.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
