We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be pivotal in driving financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

- Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards.

Controllership & Compliance

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, ROC, FEMA, etc.).

- Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, and tax) for smooth audits and reviews.

Process Excellence & Governance

- Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.

- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.

- Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants, regulators).

Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 18 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.

- Experience in a fast-paced/startup/EdTech/e-commerce environment preferred.

- Expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
