Job Description: Function: Technical Management - Product Management Responsibilities: - Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to identify and define AI-driven problem-solving opportunities. - Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML product strategy and roadmap aligning with our company's mission and goals. - Lead end-to-end management of AI products, spanning Machine Learning, NLP, Vision, and LLMs applications. - Champion a user-centric approach, leveraging user feedback and data for informed product decisions. - Define data requirements and strategies for AI/ML models, collaborating closely with data engineers and scientists. - Conduct gap analysis on existing data and identify new data sources. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transition AI products into production. - Work closely with engineering, design, business, and other teams to ensure timely product launches and effective go-to-market strategies. - Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and regularly analyze performance to drive iterative improvements. Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; additional qualifications in Data Science or similar domains are preferred. - Proven product management experience (5+ years), with a focus on AI/ML products. - Previous experience in a B2C company with significant scale in terms of DAU/MAU (e. g., Swiggy, Ola, Paytm) is a plus, as is experience with fast-growing startups. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - A passion for education and a deep commitment to making a positive impact on learners' lives.
