Qualification & Eligibility: - Graduation/PG from any field or relevant channel sales experience - Local candidate is a priority Working Experience: Ed-Tech/School Sales - Minimum 01 years of experience into B2B/B2C, Institution sales - Startup experience preferred, EdTech work experience is a bonus - Field sales experience, hands on experience in conducting workshops or any other activities in school - Local connects with school management, principal and director-owner - Lead generation and direct admission experience to offline centres Skill Sets: - Strong field presence - Follow up skills required - Strong communication in local language - Target oriented and self motivated - Good at maintaining relationship internally and externally Roles & Responsibilities: - Daily meetings with schools and retail partners and pitching them ongoing PW products and services - Driving admissions to our local VP centers by liaising with reference partners - Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. - Achieving and exceeding KPIs set by the Manager. - Monitoring self-performance at all times, keeping track of factors like conversion factor etc. - Maintain robust relationship with all the channel partners
