Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result- oriented Talent Acquisition Partner with 4- 6 years of experience to lead our Sales hiring engine. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in mass/bulk recruitment, capable of building robust pipelines for frontline and mid- level sales teams. You will act as a strategic partner to our Sales leadership, ensuring we meet aggressive growth targets without compromising on quality or cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- High- Velocity Sourcing: Design and execute sourcing strategies for large- scale sales hiring (FOS) across multiple geographies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales Heads and Business Leaders to understand manpower requirements and define "ideal candidate" personas.
- Channel Optimization: Leverage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs), social media, employee referrals, and external vendors to maximize candidate inflow.
- Data & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as TAT, Offer- to- Join Ratio, and Source Mix.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates to strengthen our employer brand in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in bulk/mass hiring for Sales functions.
Industry Preference: Experience in Fintech, EdTech, E- commerce, Insurance, or high- growth Startups is highly preferred.
Skills: - Expertise in high- volume sourcing techniques and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Mindset: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast- paced environment.
Education: MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute is a plus.
