Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Base Development & Growth:

- Strategically build and expand the merchant base within the designated region.

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing operational teams to achieve regional objectives.

- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Operational Excellence:

- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all regional activities.

- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement best practices.

Data-Driven Strategy:

- Utilize data-driven insights to understand merchant and customer behavior deeply.

- Evolve operational strategies based on market trends and performance metrics to maximize business impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution and integrated solutions.

- Provide timely feedback and insights from the ground to inform broader company strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong merchant relationships.

- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Deep understanding of merchant and customer behavior in a relevant industry.
