Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to lead our Sales Capability function for emerging India vertical. This role will drive capability-building initiatives, design and deliver training programs, and develop enablement strategies to strengthen sales productivity and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust sales capability-building frameworks to drive performance.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales training programs (classroom, digital, and on-the-job).
- Build sales enablement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted interventions.
- Create and monitor sales excellence metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to build long-term sales effectiveness.
Experience & Skills Required :
- 10-15 years of proven experience in Sales Capability/Sales Training/Sales Enablement.
- Strong exposure to BFSI, FinTech, FMCG, or Telecom industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales training design and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
