Assistant Category Manager is expected to contribute towards managing and driving rapid growth of the business. The role demands developing a deep understanding of category business and customer behaviour in the online space and the passion to create value for all stakeholders. What to expect from this role : Opportunity to work with key stakeholders in the Billpay Industry in the country - P&L management of the business category - Collaboration with internal teams- marketing, product, business finance, customer service, etc to manage the category daily - Experience of working with a highly skilled team across all functions To be a part of India's highly disruptive fintech wave, ideal candidate for this role should : - B.Tech from top tier institute, graduated in 2016/2017 or MBA from a top tier institute graduated in 2017/2018 - Have 1-2 years work experience in external stakeholder facing business roles - Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively - Demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer business - Prior experience in driving category business in a relevant space/organization is a plus - Have an entrepreneurial drive to open up new opportunities of growth and strong execution rigour to follow it up - Be data-driven and adept at balancing partner needs with business goals - Be skilled in building and managing business alliances - Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
