Key Responsibilities - In collaboration with the leadership and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), implement workforce plans across business lines and functions to align with short and long term business objectives. Work as a strategic partner to the HRBPs and the businesses/functions - Work with internal teams and hiring managers in India and around Globe to assist with recruitment efforts - Develop, implement, and execute a recruiting strategy to fill current openings - Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth - Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. - Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment - Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs - Develop and implement search strategy for passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social media tools - Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process - Develop, report, and present performance metrics and market trends to a senior leadership team Skill Sets - 10+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting - Exceptional relationship management and communication skills - Strong Global Stakeholder Management Skills - Strong organizational and persuasive skills - Ability to self-motivate and work well independently - Ability to maintain discretion handling sensitive/confidential information - Proficiency in database management and record keeping
