Philips - Key Account Management - Women Returnees (3 to 5 months Projects) Back in the Game (BIG) is an internship initiative driven by the Diversity Council at Philips India. It is a 3 months paid internship program to facilitate experienced women talent transition back into the workplace after a break in their career. We need only women candidates those who are not working currently, went on sabbatical leave, maternity break etc and wants to come back again. Your Challenge : This Internship opportunity is in the field of Key Account Manager. Projects are available across Personal Health based at Gurgaon. Responsibilities : - Handles select Key Accounts nationally - Account Planning : JBP, Deliver Revenue Target and Philips Mkt. Share Objectives - Trade Spend in-line with Budgets : Trade Terms in accordance with Philips Commercial Policy. - Shopper Activation & Category Management : Promotion and Shopper Activation planning, Category Development & Advisory with Key Strategic Accounts - Service Efficiency : Ensure fill rates of 85%+ for key SKUs, Upkeep of Product masters, On-shelf availability of Must stock SKUs - Assortment & Distribution - NPI listing & distribution, Joint Ownership of Category Planograms in-line with CDT - Commercial : Account reconciliation, Manage Receivables - Sales Planning : Ownership of Account's POS and purchase plans and input the same into BUP - Negotiates Promotions/Activations with buyers of e-Commerce accounts - Coordinates with Internal Team (Marketing, CMM, Supply Chain, Ethical team etc.) for ensuring are on time for promotions, stocks, events, driving offtakes, etc. We are looking for : - Seasoned professionals with Master in Business Management (or equivalent) in General Management, - Marketing or Strategy from leading business schools in India - Applicants should have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales/ E-commerce background. - Motivated self-propelling candidates with the determination to succeed and the ability to manage change - Applicants should possess the maturity and self-confidence to work with colleagues across levels. As a strong and compelling communicator they should easily connect with customers and stakeholders. - Ability to combine conceptual thinking with a (strong) hands-on mentality - Ability to deliver sustainable results through break-throughs, through continuous process improvement and ability to inspire people and mobilize teams - Customer-focused, communication- and service-oriented approach giving a natural affinity with consulting - Applicants should display abilities to be a team player, open to new ideas and believe in a process of continuous learning in order to develop new competencies - Needless to say, applicants should also have excellent communication skills.
