Role Overview:

The Philanthropic Partnership Lead will serve as a strategic bridge between high-impact philanthropic capital and large-scale social initiatives. In this role, you will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to secure and manage significant funding commitments, ensuring that philanthropic investments align with measurable social outcomes. You will work closely with institutional donors, corporate foundations, and internal leadership to design partnership frameworks that drive sustainable growth. Your work will directly influence the scale of social impact programs, requiring a blend of high-level business development, rigorous grant management, and long-term relationship stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure multi-year commitments from institutional donors and high-net-worth individuals to ensure organizational financial sustainability.

- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate CSR heads and philanthropic foundations, to align their social objectives with our programmatic goals.

- Lead the end-to-end grant management lifecycle, from initial proposal development and rigorous due diligence to impact reporting and compliance monitoring.

- Design strategic partnership models that leverage cross-sector collaboration to enhance the reach and efficiency of social development projects.

- Analyze market trends in the philanthropic sector to identify new funding opportunities and refine our value proposition for prospective partners.

- Collaborate with internal program teams to translate complex social impact data into compelling narratives that resonate with donor priorities and reporting requirements.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to lead complex business development cycles, with a track record of securing high-value partnerships or grants in the social impact or consulting space.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence senior leadership and navigate the nuances of philanthropic ecosystems.

- Strong analytical capabilities to manage grant portfolios, ensuring financial transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.

- Demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting, with the ability to structure complex problems and present data-driven solutions to diverse audiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for representing the organization at high-level forums and building trust with institutional partners.

- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in roles involving fundraising, strategic partnerships, or consulting within the development or corporate sector.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong academic foundation and analytical rigor.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Delhi NCR, maintaining high levels of autonomy and professional accountability.
