What you will do:
- Own performance marketing execution across all core ad channels: Google, Meta, Bing, Criteo etc
- Constantly experiment and keep improving the key performance metrics
- Constantly experimenting, measuring, and reporting performance of all paid campaigns, and assessing against goals (CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Actively work on identifying new growth opportunities in existing and new channels to drive incremental growth
- In addition to paid channels, need to have inclination on customer journey across touchpoints like app / web, CRM channels and deploy strategies to find incremental users within the funnel
- Competitor and market analysis
What you will need:
- 2-3 years' experience in paid marketing with a mix of search, display, video, and shopping with proven results and growth.
Hands-on experience with Google (UAC, Search, Shopping, Pmax) and Facebook is a must
- Experience in handling large budgets (Min 1Cr/month preferable)
- Know the nitty-gritty of analytics and attribution tools (we use Google Analytics and Singular)
- Stakeholder management: you know how to concisely present your findings to internal stakeholders without marketing jargons
- Strong data management skills in Excel
- Using Google tag manager for marketing use-cases
Bonus:
- You have worked in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate SQL, HTML, CSS, JS knowledge would be a plus
- Have working knowledge of Clevertap / Microstrategy / Metabase (CRM / Data visualization tools)
