Performance Marketing - PPC Campaigns (Amazon/Flipkart)
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Professional to manage and scale PPC campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplace advertising platforms and a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute, and manage high-impact PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, and optimize performance accordingly.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
- Leverage data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Generate detailed campaign reports, analyze results, and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with new features, tools, and algorithm changes on Amazon and Flipkart advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to align campaign strategy with listing optimization and branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Amazon and/or Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising metrics and sales attribution models.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is a must.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
