Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pharma Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights on the Pharma sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharma research and a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee research initiatives focused on Pharma sector.

- Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics impacting companies.

- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance and valuation of companies.

- Generate actionable investment recommendations based on your analysis and insights.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, and private equity firms.

- Collaborate with other team members to produce research reports, presentations, and market updates.

- Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, geopolitical events, and technological advancements relevant to pharma sector.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, helping them develop their skills and expertise in Pharma research.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharma research or investment analysis, preferably in a sell-side or buy-side environment.

3. Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and statistical analysis.

4. Deep understanding of pharma sectors and sub-sectors, including key drivers, risks, and investment opportunities.

5. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and industry stakeholders.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise insights.

7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
