Job Description

Position: Pharma Export Manager - ROW / LATAM Countries

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years (Pharma Exports - Unregulated Markets)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pharma Export Manager to drive business expansion across unregulated ROW and LATAM markets. The role focuses on dealer/distributor onboarding, channel partnerships, and revenue generation across multiple therapy segments, starting with ROW markets and expanding to LATAM Countries.

This role is purely commercial and does not involve regulatory filings or dossier management.

Key Responsibilities

Export Business Development

- Drive pharma export sales across Africa and other ROW/LATAM markets

- Identify, onboard, and manage dealer/distributor networks

- Expand market presence for unregulated pharma products

- Achieve export revenue targets through B2B channel sales

Dealer & Distributor Management

- Build strong dealer and channel partnerships

- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and onboarding agreements

- Maintain ongoing distributor relationships to ensure repeat business

- Drive primary & secondary sales via distribution partners

Portfolio & Category Management

- Manage exports across pharma portfolio including:

IVF & Gynaecology

Vaccines

Oncology

Nephrology

Ophthalmology

Generic Pharma Products

- Align portfolio offerings with market demand in each geography

Market Expansion & Strategy

- Evaluate country-wise business opportunities across ROW/LATAM

- Identify new markets, partners, and high-growth geographies

- Track competitor activity and pricing trends

- Collaborate with internal teams on supply planning and pricing

Key Requirements

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on pharma export experience

- Mandatory experience in unregulated markets (ROW / LATAM)

- Strong exposure to dealer/distributor-led exports

- Proven ability to generate business independently in overseas markets

Skill Set

- Export sales & international business development

- Dealer onboarding & channel sales

- Commercial negotiations

- Market expansion & partner management

- Strong understanding of pharma product categories

Preferred Background

- Experience with Africa, LATAM, Middle East, CIS or similar markets

- Worked with multi-therapy pharma portfolios

- B2B pharma export organizations
