Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- As part of the Management Accounting function, the Deputy Manager will support the Financial Planning & Management Accounting Lead. The role demands a proactive and analytical professional who can take ownership of financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Generate monthly sales flash reports with detailed customer-wise and product segment-wise sales analysis.
- Develop profitability reports at multiple levels - product segment, region, and business unit.
- Perform variance analysis against previous year figures and budgeted numbers.
- Conduct product costing and support in pricing strategy.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with business teams to drive timely collections.
- Generate detailed inventory analysis reports - location-wise and segment-wise.
- Design and implement new MIS reports based on evolving business needs.
- Support finalization of accounts and statutory audit activities, preferably with experience working alongside Big 4 audit firms.
- Exposure to listed entities and SEBI reporting standards will be an added advantage.
Desired Technical Competencies:
- Strong functional expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong data interpretation and presentation skills.
- Sound business acumen with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in ERP systems and financial software will be preferred.

Qualifications:
