Talent Management Specialist

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: International/Overseas - Lagos, Nigeria (Only Indian Candidates willing to relocate)


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end execution of the performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, periodic reviews, and annual evaluations.


- Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure timely completion of all appraisal-related activities.


- Maintain and update performance data accurately within HRIS systems and tracking tools.

- Support the development and dissemination of communication materials pertinent to the appraisal process.

- Facilitate the organisation of calibration sessions and performance review meetings.

- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor appraisal progress and identify gaps or delays.

- Provide administrative assistance for system configurations, user access management, and troubleshooting of performance management platforms.

- Analyse performance data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines governing the performance management process.

Functional Skills:

- Proficient in data management and reporting

- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS tools

- Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities

- Exceptional attention to detail

Educational Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources / MSW / PGDHR or equivalent

Experience:


- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on performance management


Certifications (Preferred):

- PHR / SHRM-CP / CHRMP / ISTD or other globally recognized HR certifications

Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrated experience in managing performance appraisal processes end-to-end

- Strong ability to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively to meet deadlines

- Competence in handling and analyzing HR data to generate meaningful reports

- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within the talent management function

- Proven discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee information

Leave Rotation Policy:


Lagos Posting: 6 months ON / 21 days OFF

Plant/Site Posting: 6 months ON / 30 days OFF

(Includes international and domestic air tickets to nearest airport)

Working Hours:


Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Salary Cycle:


Salary payment is deferred by two months (e.g., salary for July is paid in September)
Salary credit begins from the third month after joining
