Talent Acquisition Role (15-20 yrs)

Job Location: Lagos

Reporting To: Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting professionals for technical and operational roles related to Project, including engineering, maintenance, and project management positions.

- Proactively source and attract candidates for various surface facilities roles using job boards, social media, networking, and industry contacts.

- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Collaborate with team members to update the candidate status at various stages of the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with concern department managers / stakeholders for reconciliation of the ongoing requirement.

- Update daily recruitment activities into trackers regularly and prepare variety of reports as and when required.

- Update Recruitment Dashboard regularly.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.

Functional Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

- Skill in conducting technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Effective liaison with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.

- Clear, persuasive communication with candidates and internal teams.

- Proficient with or the ability to learn HRMS.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualification - PGDPM & IR / MBA-HR / MSc / MA / Graduates

Experience - 15-20 Years

Certifications:

- Preferably HR Talent Acquisition or HRM specialist valied certificates.

Selection Criteria:

- 8 to 12 years of experience with PGDPM & IR / MBA-HR / MSc / MA / Graduates.

- Proven track record in successfully hiring for engineering, operations, maintenance, or project management positions.

- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

- Planning & Organising

- Strong hold on HRSS Software Tool

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
