Role Overview:

As the Threat Hunter Lead based in Vadodara, you will spearhead the proactive identification and mitigation of sophisticated cyber threats within our clients' environments. This role involves leading a high-performing security team to hunt for hidden adversaries, analyze complex attack vectors, and refine detection capabilities. You will collaborate closely with incident response teams, security architects, and executive stakeholders to translate threat intelligence into actionable defense strategies, directly influencing the resilience of critical infrastructure against emerging cyber risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute advanced threat hunting campaigns to uncover stealthy malicious activities that bypass traditional security controls.

- Analyze complex datasets from network and endpoint logs to identify patterns indicative of sophisticated threat actors.

- Lead incident management efforts during high-severity security events to minimize operational impact and ensure rapid recovery.

- Integrate actionable threat intelligence into the security operations center to improve the accuracy and speed of automated detection systems.

- Mentor junior security analysts by sharing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and proactive defense.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of hunting methodologies and incident response playbooks to standardize security operations.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 10 to 15 years of extensive experience in information security, with a deep focus on threat hunting and network security architectures.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in interpreting threat intelligence feeds and applying them to real-world security scenarios.

- Maintain a valid CEH or equivalent industry-recognized certification to validate technical expertise in offensive and defensive security tactics.

- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and communicate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Show a proven ability to adapt to on-site work environments in Vadodara while maintaining high productivity in high-pressure, mission-critical situations.
