About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist - Aviation to lead end-to-end recruitment for flight crew and aviation professionals within the business and private aviation sector.

The role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified aviation professionals, including Aircraft Captains, Junior Captains, First Officers/Pilots, Cabin Crew, Maintenance Personnel, and other aviation support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aviation Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for aviation positions from workforce planning through onboarding.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified aviation professionals.

- Recruit Aircraft Captains, Junior Captains, First Officers/Pilots, Cabin Crew, Maintenance Staff, Flight Dispatchers, Flight Operations personnel, and other aviation professionals.

- Understand aircraft-specific requirements and identify candidates with relevant type ratings, flight experience, and operational backgrounds.

- Support recruitment for international and expatriate aviation personnel.

2. Pilot & Flight Crew Recruitment:

Source and evaluate candidates for positions including Aircraft Captain, Senior Captain, Junior Captain, First Officer, Co-Pilot, Corporate/Business Jet Pilot, Contract/Freelance Pilot, Flight Instructor/Training Captain, and Cabin Crew/Flight Attendant.

3. International Recruitment:

- Build recruitment networks across Europe, the United States, and other international aviation markets.

- Source qualified European and American nationals as well as other internationally qualified aviation professionals.

- Develop relationships with international pilot communities, aviation recruitment networks, pilot associations, aviation schools, training organizations, and professional networks.

- Maintain an international database of qualified and available flight crew.

- Coordinate international interviews and candidate assessments across different time zones.

- Assist HR and management with international employment and relocation processes.

4. Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

Conduct comprehensive initial screening covering aviation experience, total flight hours, PIC/SIC hours, aircraft type experience, type ratings, license status, and medical certificate status.

5. Aviation Compliance & Documentation:

Work closely with Flight Operations, Safety, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure candidates meet applicable FAA, EASA, and other relevant aviation licensing frameworks.

6. Recruitment Strategy:

- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns for difficult-to-source aviation positions.

- Identify passive candidates and approach experienced Captains and Pilots directly.

- Monitor aviation recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and availability of qualified flight crew.

7. Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with Head of HR, Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, and Senior Management to translate operational requirements into accurate recruitment specifications.
