Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Accountant to join our finance team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in accounting principles, financial analysis, and management reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior accountants and finance managers to gain a deep understanding of financial operations and develop skills to become a future finance leader.

Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses

- 2. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

- 3. Analyse financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

- 4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes

- 5. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards

- 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

- 7. Participate in internal and external audits

- 8. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Competencies Needed:

- Accounting & compliance knowledge (IFRS, Ind As)

- Must: Good attitude and aptitude

- Must: Good Knowledge on Microsoft Excel

- Previous Accounting experience preferred

- Knowledge of BI tools desirable
