About:


- Lead - ITBP Stores & Inventory Management is responsible for leading the design, standardization, optimization, and governance of all Store & Inventory-related business processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

- This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline end-to-end store operations, strengthen internal controls, and support digital transformation initiatives.

- Act as a process transformation advisor to the Stores & Warehouse team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Drive end-to-end demand management for the Stores function by identifying business needs and coordinating with the digitalization team to translate them into effective solutions.

- Lead the mapping, redesign, and documentation of Stores processes including Goods Receipt, Material Issuance, Stock Reconciliation, Physical Verification, Inspection, Return to Vendor, and Inter-Store Transfers.

- Establish governance, performance metrics, and process ownership for Store operations.

- Collaborate with ICT, Digitalization, and Stores teams to digitize and automate key inventory processes and ensure UAT, adoption, and value realization.

- Conduct data-driven assessments using process mining, analytics, and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy and store efficiency.

- Support inventory planning, cycle count governance, and compliance with financial and audit requirements.

- Ensure strong change management to support continuous improvement and user adoption of digital tools.

- Promote BPM principles, standards, frameworks, and best practices across the Stores domain.

- Strong understanding of SAP (MM module), Signavio, and end-to-end Stores & Inventory scenarios including GRN, MIGO, Material Master, Inventory Aging, Stock Movements, Cycle Count, Material Valuation, and reporting.

- Expertise in process documentation, requirement analysis, business process automation, and workflow design.

- Ability to interpret store-related KPIs such as inventory accuracy, lead time, stock availability, slow-moving/obsolete stock, and variance control.

- Advanced analytical capabilities for inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and performance reporting.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
