3. Managing compliance.
4. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
5. Oversee statutory reporting
6. Own payroll systems and drive automation and efficiency improvements.
7. Prepare payroll reports, forecasts, and analytics for senior leadership.
8. Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
