- Deep knowledge of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations and industry data sources.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big-data technologies.
- Expertise in advanced statistical modeling, optimization, deep learning, time-series analysis, and AI/ML deployment in production environments.
- Demonstrated success leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
- Advanced Analytics & Model Development
Architect and deliver advanced machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling solutions for:
- Production optimization
- Reservoir modeling & subsurface analysis
- Predictive maintenance for rotating equipment
- Drilling optimization & real-time operations
- Supply chain forecasting and optimization
- Energy trading analytics
- Oversee model life cycle management, including data acquisition, feature engineering, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Data Strategy & Engineering Collaboration
- Design robust data pipelines and analytics architectures in collaboration with data engineering and IT teams.
- Ensure scalable, high-quality data infrastructure supporting real-time and historical data (SCADA, sensors, seismic data, well logs, LWD/MWD, refinery data, etc.).
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (cloud, edge computing, digital twin platforms, generative AI for industry workflows).
