Petroexcel Technology - Junior SAP Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Consultant with hands-on experience in at least one SAP module and at least one end-to-end implementation project. You will work alongside experienced consultants to support business processes and deliver SAP solutions that meet client needs.

Key Modules:

- SAP MM (Procurement & Stores)

- SAP Production Planning (PP)

- SAP Financial Accounting (FI)

- SAP Controlling (CO)

- SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Responsibilities:

- Participate in SAP implementation projects, supporting end-to-end business process design, configuration, and testing.

- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

- Configure and customize SAP modules based on client needs under the guidance of senior consultants.

- Support data migration activities and assist in user training and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP issues during and post-implementation.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-go-live support activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 full cycle (end-to-end) SAP implementation experience in at least one of the specified modules.

- Basic understanding of SAP business processes relevant to the chosen module(s).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (depending on the module):

- SAP MM: Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, inventory management.

- SAP PP: Understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and shop floor control.

- SAP FI: Familiarity with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

- SAP CO: Experience with cost centers, internal orders, profitability analysis.

- SAP PM: Knowledge of plant maintenance processes, equipment management, and preventive maintenance.
