KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and enterprise-level EPC digitalization strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate IT and business objectives.
- Lead evaluation, selection, implementation and governance of digital platforms and integrated ecosystems across EPC lifecycle.
- Champion adoption of project, engineering and asset technologies (planning, cost, document control, BIM, CAD/CAM, asset management, OT/IIoT).
- Oversee implementations for platforms such as Oracle Primavera, OPC, Oracle Aconex/Unifier, Bentley, Autodesk, Procore, IFS/IBM Maximo, AVEVA/Hexagon, PTC- Ensure systems integration, API-led connectivity and data strategy, APM, MES etc
- Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor & contract management, track ROI for digital program being proposed or deployed
- Lead change management, users training, and capability uplift across project and operations teams (site, engineering, procurement, construction).
- Maintain cybersecurity, data governance, compliance and enterprise architecture standards in collaboration with ICT security team, ICT Infrastructure team and OT teams.
- Engage with senior leadership, OEMs, system integrators, technology partners and contractors to ensure value realization and risk mitigation.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- EPC digital transformation strategy, program & portfolio management
- Project controls, planning & scheduling (Primavera / Oracle-OPC, MS Project)
- Construction management platforms (Procore, Autodesk Build, Oracle Aconex)
- BIM & design software (Autodesk, Bentley Systems)
- Enterprise Resource Planning & Finance (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, EPICOR, etc)
- Enterprise Asset Management & APM (IFS, IBM Maximo, AVEVA, AspenTech)
- Industrial IoT / OT integration (Azure IoT)
- Data platforms, analytics & reporting (Power BI, MS Fabric, Tableau, SAP-Analytics Cloud)
- APIs, integrations, middleware, and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

QUALIFICATION - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Master's degree (MBA / MSc in Digital Transformation or similar) preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 20+ years in EPC, energy, or heavy-asset sectors with at least 7-10 years in digital/IT leadership roles.
- Proven experience delivering multi-year, multi-vendor digital programs across engineering, construction, and operations.
CERTIFICATIONS Any Professional Certifications - PMP / PgMP, ITIL, TOGAF, SAP / Oracle.

- Excellent change management and people management leadership skills.
