We're Hiring: Business Analyst - Finance & Accounts | Lagos, Nigeria

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and digital transformation in Finance & Accounts? Join our Center of Excellence as a Business Analyst and play a key role in streamlining workflows, enhancing agility, and ensuring impactful business process management.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Finance & Accounts business processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Work cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives

- Act as a strategic advisor on process transformation, aligning solutions with business needs

- Manage business requirements and demand for the Finance & Accounts department with a focus on delivering end-to-end, sustainable solutions

- Establish BPM governance, performance metrics, and process ownership for transparency and compliance

- Collaborate with ICT, Digitalization, and Procurement teams to digitize and automate key processes ensuring UAT, adoption, and value realization

- Champion data-driven decision making through process mining, analytics, and dashboards

- Lead change management to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of industrial experience, including 5+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Signavio, and MS Visio

- Proficiency in SAP processes and Signavio with Finance & Accounts experience spanning banking, treasury, taxation, payments, and logistics

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- Proven leadership in cross-functional team collaboration and change management

- Qualifications: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/MCOM/BBA/CA/CMA or equivalent

- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, SAP, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus!
