We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst Contract & Procurement to lead business process innovations in our Contract & Procurement department.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of BPM initiatives to elevate operational agility and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and support digital transformation goals.

- Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding the Contract & Procurement team in process transformation and continuous improvement.

- Drive business requirement gathering and demand management aligned with end-to-end process excellence.

- Establish governance, performance metrics, and foster transparency for compliance.

- Partner with ICT and Digitalization teams to automate and digitize critical processes, managing UAT and adoption.

- Champion data-driven decision-making leveraging process mining, analytics, and dashboards.

- Lead change management to embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

- Solid expertise in SAP processes, Signavio, procurement, contracts, logistics, and spend analysis.

- Proven skills in requirement analysis, business automation, strong communication & presentation capabilities.

- Behavioral excellence: proactive, result-oriented, strategic thinker with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Relevant qualifications: MBA, MCA, BTech, BE, MCOM, BBA, CA or equivalent.

- Over 10 years of industrial experience, with certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, SAP, PMP, Prince2, ITIL highly desirable.
